4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with:

• All applicable local, national, and international laws
• Terms of service of any third-party websites or services accessed
• Data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.)
• Intellectual property rights of others

4.2 Account Security

Users must:

• Keep login credentials secure and confidential

5. Service Limitations

3. Permanently terminate service for serious or repeated violations
4. Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
5. Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Fees

Service fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to terms of service violations.
